We operate a rapid response hotline, document abuses and offer free legal aid to victims of human rights violations. Our team also engages government agencies to ensure accountability and policy reform.
Climate Justice
HAKI Africa recognizes the strong link between climate change and human rights, as resource conflicts and loss of livelihoods in climate-affected regions drive insecurity, radicalization, and violent extremism.
Civic Education & Rule of Law
Through workshops, public forums and media campaigns, we empower citizens to know and demand their rights, participate in governance and hold leaders accountable to the Constitution.
Countering Violent Extremism (CVE)
We work with communities, researchers and security actors to identify drivers of radicalisation, develop prevention strategies and support rehabilitation of returnees and survivors.
Livelihoods & Economic Justice
Our economic empowerment initiatives include vocational training, entrepreneurship incubation, microfinance and market linkages, with a focus on women and youth.
